Quality, safety and health together with the environmental protection constitute the basic pillars of our company
Quimialmel Grupo opts for a system based on continuous improvement in search of the Principles of the Total Quality’s perpetuation. For this reason, it establishes the following internal policies:
- Quality Policy: The objective is to deliver the orders to our customers, without defects, as quick as possible, satisfying their needs and expectations with economic efficiency for both sides.
- Occupational Risk Prevention Policy: Employee’s health and safety is one of Quimialmel Grupo‘s, priorities. That is why we commit to reduce accidents and diseases at the workplace, along with compliance with the legislation concerning ORP.
- Environmental Policy: Quimialmel Grupo is committed to respect and protect the environment, through the environmental law related to our activities, which aims to ensure the proper management of resources and protection of surroundings.
On the other hand, Quimialmel Grupo, as a global company, is firmly and responsibly committed to its closer social reality, through social actions enabling the development and the improvement of life for the most vulnerable sectors including women and children.
During the past years, the company has based its efforts on supporting the Provida Castellón Association by providing them with economical and material resources. Provida Castellón’s mission is to listen to, inform and support pregnant women facing any kind of difficulties as well as to offer alternatives to unexpected pregnancy.
Some other organizations and centres that have been helped by Quimialmel Grupo have been Odriozola Nursery, which cares for poor children and families; the Padre Ricardo Soup Kitchen, which offers daily food to needy people; as well as Caritas and Ntra. Sra. Del Carmen Church, which offer food and help sick people.
Apart from that, since 2008, the company tries to commit and promote sports for children and young people from Castellón. For this purpose, it sponsors the senior female basketball team Quimialmel Castellón CBC, which is formed of 13 young people, aged between 18 and 29. It should be noted that at the moment the Basketball Team is formed of 233 young people and 105 children in the local schools.
